中文摘要: 本项目以"氯虫酰胺"为先导化合物,对其结构进行改造:a、用"取代吡唑"替换"苯环";b、改变"吡唑"结构中酰胺键的位置至"4-位";c、引入酰腙结构,设计合成系列结构新颖的吡唑酰胺类衍生物。测试对稻飞虱、蚜虫、二化螟、稻纵卷叶螟、玉米螟、小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、棉铃虫的生物活性,期望发现高杀虫活性的吡唑酰胺类化合物。

英文摘要: With "Chlorantraniliprole" as the lead compound, a series of novel pyrazole derivatives will be designed and synthesized.The original structure has been redesigned :"subtitued pyrazole" was used to replace the "benzene"; "amido bond" in pyrazole was changed from "4-position" to "5-position"; "acylhydrazone" will be lead in. The insecticidal activity of these compouds on plantthoppers, aphids, diamondback moth, helicoverpa armigera and other pests will be evaluated, and we expert to discover novel pyrazole carboxamide compounds with high insecticidal.
