中文摘要: 钛合金空心风扇叶片是目前国际大涵道比涡扇发动机的典型结构,但其研制在我国尚属首次,尤其是作为加工工艺的超塑成形/扩散连接机理研究亟需开展。本项目针对超塑成形/扩散连接过程机理不明确,工件加工缺陷大、成品率低,焊缝强度没有判定准则,工程设计和仿真分析缺乏理论依据的问题,提出了超塑成形/扩散连接焊缝受力机理与断裂行为预测方法。通过对超塑成形/扩散连接机理及结构对焊缝强度影响的研究,提高焊接工艺水平;通过对超塑成形/扩散连接焊缝参数与失效应力相关性研究,为工程设计和仿真分析提供理论依据;通过各种载荷工况下焊缝脱焊失效试验研究,建立复杂结构焊缝失效试验验证方法。本项目研究成果提高了超塑成形/扩散连接工件制作成功率,为超塑成形/扩散连接焊缝失效提供了理论参考和试验验证,并且为我国大客发动机钛合金空心风扇叶片研制提供了相关的科学依据,同时可以提高我国超塑成形/扩散连接工艺和理论水平。

英文摘要: Titanium alloy hollow fan blade is the typical structure of the high-bypass turbofan engine nowadays. The design of the blade is first developed in our country, especially the investigation about the mechanism of superplastic forming / diffusion bonding needs to be performed urgently. In this project, regarding to the problem of indefinite mechanism of superplastic forming / diffusion bonding, significant deficiency and low rate of finished parts, none criteria of weld seam strength and none theory validation, a prediction method about superplastic forming / diffusion bonding weld seam fracture mechanism was proposed. The study about the mechanism of superplastic forming / diffusion bonding and the influence in weld seam strength improves welding technology. The investigation about the correlation between superplastic forming / diffusion bonding weld seam parameters and invalid stress provides theoretical analysis for engineering design. According to the analysis in weld seam invalid experiments, a validation method about weld seam invalid test can be used. The achievements of this project not only improve the superplastic forming / diffusion bonding manufacture success rate, provide the theoretical and experimental verification for the mechanism of superplastic forming / diffusion bonding weld invalid, but also
