中文摘要: 镍钛基形状记忆合金管接头是飞机液压系统管路连接的首选对象,因为它安装方便、可靠性高、无泄漏、重量轻,尤其适合异种管材的连接。本项目针对某飞机镍钛基形状记忆合金管接头国产化的迫切需求,提出了采用等温精密挤压成形实现镍钛基形状记忆合金管接头精确制造的新方法。然而,等温精密挤压成形过程中微观结构的精确控制是获得合格镍钛基形状记忆合金管接头的关键,目前未见文献资料报道相关科学理论研究成果。本项目结合有限元、人工神经元网络和元胞自动机等模拟技术,研究镍钛基形状记忆合金管接头等温精密挤压成形的基本机理,揭示镍钛基形状记忆合金管接头等温精密挤压成形微观结构演变的基本规律,建立镍钛基形状记忆合金管接头微观结构与形状记忆效应的相关性模型,获得高质量镍钛基形状记忆合金管接头的性能评价指标及制造工艺路线,为实现高质量镍钛基形状记忆合金管接头的制造提供科学的理论基础。

英文摘要: NiTi-based shape memory alloy (NiTi SMA) pipe coupling is a primary candidate for connecting the pipe line of hydraulic pressure system in airplane since it is characterized by convenient fixing,high reliability, zero leakage and light weight, and it is particularly suitable for connecting the dissimilar pipes.In the present study, as a new method, isothermal precision extrusion is used to accurately manufacture NiTi SMA pipe coupling in order to meet the imperative requirement of domestic manufacturing of airplane.The accurate control of microscopic structure of NiTi SMA during isothermal precision extrusion plays a significant role in obtaining the desired NiTi SMA pipe coupling,and the corresponding scientific investigations have never been reported in the literatrues.By combining finite element method,artificial neuron network and cellular automaton simulation,it shall be able to lay the scientific and theoretical foundations for manufacturing NiTi SMA pipe coupling with high quality to investigate the mechanism of isothermal precision extrusion of NiTi SMA pipe coupling,reveal the evolution of micoscopic structures of NiTi SMA pipe coupling under isotermal precision extrusion,establish the correlation model between microscopic structure and shape memory effect of NiTi SMA pipe coupling and obtain the perfor
