中文摘要: 层状双氢氧化物(Layered double hydroxides,LDHs)纳米材料又称为水滑石纳米材料,是由两种或两种以上金属元素组成的具有水滑石层状晶体结构的氢氧化物。由于其独特的层状结构和层间阴离子的可交换性以及与其他材料特别是有机和生物材料的相容性等,在光化学、电化学、医学、催化、吸附等许多领域具有广阔的应用前景。通过设计不同的双金属元素和交换层间阴离子以及插层具有模拟酶特性的纳米颗粒等方法来提高水滑石纳米材料的类酶催化性能,更好应用于实际环境和生化分析。类酶可部分替代天然酶在生化分析、环境检测和污染修复等方面,具有良好的应用价值和发展前景。该项目将探索高效模拟酶材料及阐明其催化机制,解决目前大多数现有模拟酶催化活性偏低及表面修饰使其催化活性降低的问题,以使水滑石复合纳米材料应用于实际分析中。

英文摘要: Layered double hydroxides (LDHs) nanomaterials, namely hydrotalcite nanomaterials, is composed of two or more kinds of metal elements hydroxide having hydrotalcite crystal structure. Because of its unique layered structure and interlayer anionic exchangeability and good compatibility with other materials, especially organic and biological materials, was widely applied in photochemistry, electrochemistry, medicine, catalysis, adsorption. We improved the enzyme-like catalytic activity of hydrotalcite nanomaterials to meet actual environmental and biochemical analysis via different metal ions design, interlayer anions exchangement and enzyme mimetic nanoparticles intercalation. Enzyme mimetics can partially replace natural enzyme in biochemical analysis, environmental monitoring and pollution remediation and so on, have good application value and development prospects. The project will explore the high efficient enzyme-like nanomaterials and its intrinsic catalytic mechanism, and solve the problem of the low catalytic activity of the most existing enzyme mimetics and surface modification resulting in the reduction of catalytic activity, so that the hydrotalcite nanocomposites was applied in practical analysis.
