中文摘要: 核安全与电网安全均有着巨大的政治和经济影响。核电具有单机容量大、核安全要求高、对电网扰动敏感、启动及停堆换料时间长等特点,核电机组易与电网产生相互影响,机网协调控制是提高机网安全运行性能的重要措施。我国将大规模建设新一代核电机组,研究新一代核电机组与电网的协调控制方法已迫在眉睫。本项目拟在研究并掌握新一代核电机组与电网相互影响机理的基础上,结合电力系统风险理论与核安全评估理论,建立考虑机网相互影响的核电厂和电力系统综合风险模型;基于综合风险和机网协调的要求,提出新一代核电机组与电网暂态协调控制的判别及优化方法,为制定有效措施提高核电厂和电力系统安全稳定经济协调运行能力提供理论和技术支持。

英文摘要: Nuclear safety and the safety of power grid has enormous political and economic influence. With nuclear power plant (NPP) having the characteristics such as large capacity, high requirements of nuclear safety, sensitive nuclear island to disturbances of power grid, and a long time for start-up and shutdown refueling, large-scale nuclear power connected to the grid will bring a range of new problems and the coordination control between NPP and power grid is of great importance to improve the relevant safety performances. China has become the country with large-scale new era nuclear power plant at present, so the research on new era NPP unit and the power grid coordination control method has been imminent. Based on the research and master of the mutual influence between the new era NPP and power grid, combined with power system risk theory and nuclear safety assessment theory and judging by the comprehensive risk and machine network coordination requirements, this project puts forward a discrimination and optimization method of the coordination control between new era NPP and power system, thus providing a theoretical and technical support to make effective measures to run safe and stable economic coordination between them.
