中文摘要: 重金属与有机污染物的复合污染是我国土壤污染的一个重要特征。其中离子型有机污染物(IOC)由于具有可离子化的官能团,能与重金属发生配合作用或竞争吸附土壤点位,两者在复杂的土壤多介质多界面环境过程中往往相互影响、彼此关联,要准确评价IOC在土壤环境中的归趋,有必要深入研究重金属对IOC环境界面行为及生态效应的影响。本申请拟以典型IOC为研究对象,从重金属与IOC在溶液中的配合作用入手,系统研究重金属对IOC在多种土壤固相组份(黏土矿物、氧化矿物、腐殖质和碳黑)界面上的吸附行为影响,结合现代仪器分析表征手段,揭示重金属/有机物/土壤固相之间的分子微观作用机制,建立可定量预测重金属与IOC吸附行为的模型和方法,同时初步探索交互作用对污染物生物有效性和生态毒性的影响。研究结果可为深入了解离子型有机污染物在真实土壤环境中的归趋,为国家制定土壤复合污染危害的减缓对策提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Coexistence of heavy metals and organic contaminants in soils is one of the typical properties of soil contamination in China. Because ionizing organic contaminants (IOC) have ionizing functional groups, which can complex with heavy metals or compete the sorption sites on the soils with them, their behaviors in the soil environment are greatly influenced and connected with each other. It is important and necessary to understand the effects of metals to the surface behavior of IOC in soil environment. We propose to systematically study the interaction between typical IOC and metals, investigate the effect of metals to the IOC adsorption behavior on sorts of soil components(like clay minerals, oxides, humic substances and black carbon). Combined with modern instrumental microscopic analysis, disclose the surface molecule interaction mechanisms among metal/IOC/soil and develop quantitative methods and models to describe the adsorption behavior of metal and IOC. Results will help to better understand the environmental behavior of IOC in soil environmental and provide scientific foundation for policy-making for soil mixture contamination.
