中文摘要: 开展对铁矿含碳球团还原过程相关性能的研究,是开发非高炉炼铁新工艺或大幅度降低高炉炼铁焦炭消耗的重要研究方向。目前对铁矿含碳球团在还原过程中本身强度变化规律和形成机理的研究甚少。本项目提出对铁矿含碳球团在不同还原条件下自身强度形成和变化规律,以及在不同条件下各种引起强度变化的机理展开较为系统的研究。查明含碳球团热强度与原料组成和配碳、还原温度水平、升温速度、还原氛围等因素的内在关系。通过对不同铁氧化物分别与固体碳和一氧化碳反应的热力学分析,揭示球团内伴随着不同价态铁氧化物的转化,不同矿物固相反应体系的形成热力学条件,查明铁矿含碳球团在还原过程中,内配碳的气化、不同氧化物的固相反应以及铁晶须生成与长大等反应的耦合与关联性。探索强化含碳球团热强度或避开球团强度薄弱区,实现含碳球团还原过程强度最大化。为以含碳球团为原料开发新的炼铁工艺,或金属化球团生产新工艺提供理论基础与技术支撑。

英文摘要: The study of the correlation property of carbon-containing iron pellets in reduction process is an important research direction to develop new process of non-blast-furnace iron-making or greatly reduce coke consumption in blast furnace iron-making. At present, the study of the strength change law and formation mechanism of carbon-containing iron pellets in reduction process is very few. The formation and change law of pellets strength and various mechanisms causing strength change, in different conditions for carbon-containing iron pellets, are systematic studied in this project to find out the internal relationship between thermal strength, material composition of carbon-containing iron pellets and carbon addition, reduction temperature, heating rate, reduction atmosphere and other factors. The transformation of iron oxides with different valence state in pellets is revealed by the reaction thermodynamic analysis between the different iron oxides and solid carbon or carbon monoxide. The coupling and association of carbon gasification, solid state reaction in different oxides, formation and growth of iron whisker for carbon-containing iron pellets in reduction process is revealed by formation thermodynamic conditions of different mineral solid-reaction system.
