中文摘要: 为了降低成本,提高竞争力,大部分钢铁企业增加了低品位、低价格的矿石用量,导致烧结矿品位降低,质量变差。本项目针对低品位烧结矿矿物结构复杂的特点,开展低品位烧结矿断层全景显微图像拼接方法和低品位烧结矿显微图像的三维重建及分析方法研究,并利用序列切片-三维重建法获取烧结矿的三维显微图像,全面、直观、准确地反映低品位烧结矿的微观结构;本项目还将针对低品位烧结矿低温还原粉化率高,冶金性能差的特点,结合烧结矿显微图像的三维重建及分析方法与其它研究手段,研究低品位烧结矿成矿机理,探明铁矿性能、化学成分、燃料配比、烧结温度和冷却速度等因素与低品位烧结矿矿物组成的关系,同时还研究低品位烧结矿中铁酸钙等矿物组分在还原过程中的矿相变化及各矿物之间的相互作用机理,探明低品位烧结矿低温还原粉化机理,分析低品位烧结矿矿相结构与其低温还原粉化率、还原性能、软熔性能的关系,为改善低品位烧结矿质量提供理论依据。

英文摘要: In order to reduce cost, improve competitiveness, most of the iron and steel enterprises increase the low grade ore consumption. This depresses the grade and quality of sinter. To analyze the mineral phase of low grade sinter, panoramic microscopic image mosaic method and microscopic image reconstruction will be studied. The panoramic microscopic image represent the whole information of sinter. And the 3D microscopic image represent the 3D mineral information of sinter. To study mechanism of the formation of low grade sinter, the three-dimensional reconstruction and other analysis methods will be used. The relationship between sintering parameters (such as iron ore properties, composition, the quantity of liquid phase, fuel ratio, particle size, sintering temperature) and low grade sinter mineral composition will also be studied.The change rules of calcium ferrite and other mineral composition in reduction process of low grade sinter will be researched. And the interaction mechanism between those mineral composition will also be discussed. The relationship between the structure of low grade sinter mineralogical and RDI, reducibility, softening and melting properties will also be investigated.This project will provide a theoretical basis to improve metallurgical properties of low grade of sinter.
