中文摘要: 钠即是煤气化的催化剂也是气化渣氧化铝提取的活化剂,且催化气化时的钠铝复合恰好能部分完成氧化铝提取时的活化过程,而氧化铝提取时酸洗分离铝的同时也能高效回收气化催化剂。基于此,提出高铝煤催化气化和气化渣氧化铝提取耦合制富甲烷气和高质量氧化铝的研究思路。以此为目标,研究催化气化时钠与铝的复合反应过程,认识该过程及其产物对煤热解、催化气化、矿物质活化和氧化铝提取等各耦合子过程的影响规律,考察复合产物的稳定性,获得钠铝复合的调控手段。在此基础上,系统研究高硅铝灰渣活化产物酸溶过程、含铝溶液碳化过程、钠与其他非铝矿物质复合等对氧化铝提取、催化剂回收的影响机制,在强化氧化铝浸出的同时实现气化催化剂回收及循环使用。促进煤化学及冶金学的跨学科交叉融合,拓宽煤催化气化和氧化铝提取技术的利用途径,丰富矿物质在催化气化过程中的迁移转化内容。

英文摘要: Sodium can catalyze coal gasification, and also can act as activation agent during extraction of alumina from the gasification ash, while the separation of aluminum and reclamation of gasification catalyst can be realized by just one acid-pickling process. And thus the integrated process of catalytic gasification of high alumina coal with extraction of alumina from the gasification ash for methane gas and alumina production was proposed. And in order to realize this aim, the process of recombining sodium and aluminium , the effects of this recombination and its recombining products on the sub-processes of the integration process, i.e, the coal pyrolysis, catalytic gasification will be studied. In addition, the stability of the recombining products and the principles of controlling the combining process were also investigated. Basing on these, the effects of other factors, for examples the extraction by acid, the deposition of NaAIO2 with carbon dioxide and the recombination of sodium and other non-aluminium minerals on the process of alumina extraction and reclamation of used catalysts. By all of these, the reclamation and the recycle of catalysts, and the integration of catalytic gasification with extraction of alumina were realized, and the interdisciplinary crossing and integration of coal chemistry and metallurgy was boost. In addition, the project will help to broaden the utilizations of catalytic gasification and extraction of alumina, and also can richen our knowledge in mineral transformation during the process of catalytic gasification and extraction of alumina.
