中文摘要: 本项目在材料合理设计的基础上,通过水热/溶剂热法、微乳液法等合成手段,制备形貌可控、尺寸小于200nm的稀土金属有机框架纳米复合材料。经过特定的表面修饰,挑选单分散、稳定、生物相容性好、光学和磁学性质优秀的纳米复合材料,研究此材料在多模式成像、药物分子负载、传递和控制释放过程中的应用。综合考虑材料在生物应用中的表现,筛选出满足要求的多功能纳米复合材料,考察其在恶性肿瘤的早期诊断和治疗中的实际效果。本项目将充分利用稀土离子在多模式医学成像诊断方面的优势,结合稀土金属有机框架纳米材料在药物控释和光学治疗中的特点,积极开发功能化的稀土金属有机框架纳米复合材料在癌症综合诊疗方面的应用,最终实现诊疗一体化的目的。

英文摘要: Based on reansonable design of materials, the project aims to synthesize lanthanide-based metal-organic framework nanocomposites with controllable morphologies and small sizes by hydro/solvothermal and microemulsion methods. Through special surface modifications, monodisperse, stable and biocompatible nanocomposites with excellent optical and magnetical properties will be prepared. The applications in multimodal imaging and controlled drug release of these materials would be investigated in detail. Considering the performance of the materials in biological applications, multifunctional nanocomposites that meet the requirements will be selected and their applications in the early diagnosis and therapy of malignant tumor will be explored. By taking full advantages of lanthanide ions in multimodal medical imaging diagnosis, combining with the characteristics of lanthanide-based metal-organic framework nanomaterials in the drug controlled release and phototherapy, this project may enrich the applications of multifunctional lanthanide-based metal-organic framework nanocomposites in comprehensive cancer theranostics, finally realizing the integration of tumor diagnosis and therapy.
