中文摘要: 硅橡胶具有多种优异的性能,应用非常广泛。通常使硅橡胶硫化的方式都是通过加成型、过氧化物硫化型和缩合型等共价键交联工艺,但是这些工艺常常存在催化剂的残留以及小分子逸出造成的破坏等工艺自身不可避免的问题。本项目针对该类需要重点解决的问题,尝试通过配位硫化过程制备新型硅橡胶,是从分子设计的角度出发,依据配位化学原理,选择路易斯硬酸稀土盐和带有路易斯硬碱基团的硅橡胶生胶进行配位交联,在正交试验的基础上总结规律,探讨配位交联机理,合理调节影响配位交联过程的各种影响因素,改进加工制备工艺以获得具有高机械力学性能的硅橡胶;探讨配位交联工艺制备的硅橡胶耐极端条件的性能,并研究其机理。该研究结合了配位化学、高分子化学以及材料化学的相关知识,能够在获得新型材料的基础上,丰富和发展交叉学科研究。

英文摘要: Large amount of valuable silicone rubber has been used all over the world because of their versatile properties. Usually, the vulcanization is achieved by covalent bondings. But there are still some problems which need to be solved to improve silicone rubber's properties, such as the redundant of the catalysis. Crosslink induced by coordination curing in acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber materials is currently attracting a great deal of interest because of the possibility to solve these similar problems.In this study, coordination crosslinking will be selected to obtain novel silicone rubber. Silicone gum with high content of coordination groups will be designed and synthesised firstly. And then lanthanide ions, which have large coordination number, will be selected to coordinate with silicone gum. The mechanism will be supposed and proved. And the technology will be adjusted to obtain the silicone rubber with high mechanical properties. These novel silicone rubber will be test in extreme conditions and the mechanism will be explored also in this study.
