中文摘要: 量子密钥分配是量子保密通信的核心,也是目前量子信息领域最重要的科学研究方向之一。本项目主要进行基于量子光源,尤其是指示单光子源的量子密钥分配的理论与实验研究。以提高现有量子密钥系统的效率与实用性为目标,以在现有技术水平下可以实现的不依赖于测量装置的量子密钥分配(MDI-QKD)协议为重点,探讨基于量子光源的量子密钥分配的新型理论方案和高效成码率的计算方法;另一方面,在实验上把指示单光子源与现有的量子密钥系统结合起来,进行演示性的量子密钥分配实验,重点实现基于指示单光子源的诱骗态MDI-QKD协议, 从而为量子密钥分配向实用化方向发展奠定基础。

英文摘要: Quantum key distribution is the core of quantum cryptography, and currently it is becoming one of the most important directions of scientific research in the field of quantum information. In this project, we are going to carry out both theoretical and experimental research on the quantum key distribution with quantum photon sources, especially, the heralded single-photon sources from parametric down-conversion processes. In order to improve the efficiency and the implementability of present quantum cryptography systems, we are going to put our attention onto practical protocols on the measurement-device-independent quantum key distribution (MDI-QKD); On one hand, we are going to pursue new type of theoretical proposals and high efficient calculation methods on quantum key distributions. On the other hand, we are going to experimentally combine the heralded single-photon sources and present quantum cryptography systems together, realizing corresponding experimental demonstrations on secure quantum key distributions, particularly, the decoy-state MDI-QKD protocols with heralded-single photon sources, so as to lay the foundation for the utilization of the quantum key distribution in the near future.
