中文摘要: 混凝土渗透性是决定混凝土结构耐久性的重要参数指标。采用实验室内制备标准试件测定混凝土渗透性的方法往往不能真实反映实体结构中混凝土的渗透性。实验室测试方法已经不能满足混凝土结构耐久性研究的需要。实现实体结构中混凝土渗透性的原位无损测试对于评价混凝土结构耐久性具有重要意义。同时,实体结构混凝土材料渗透性的发展规律和影响因素研究也亟待先进检测技术的支持。本项目根据离子电迁移理论,设计了钙离子电迁移试验方法,采用Nernst-Einstein方程计算钙离子扩散系数进而评价混凝土渗透性。并在此基础上,设计了根据基于钙离子扩散系数测定的混凝土渗透性原位无损检测方法与装置,避免测试过程对实体结构中混凝土材料的损伤,实现原位无损检测,为评价实体结构混凝土耐久性和深入研究服役条件下混凝土材料耐久性提供科学的检测方法。

英文摘要: Permeability of concrete is an important parameter for the service life of concrete structure. Testing standard concrete specimens in laboratory could not reflect the permeability of concrete in real structure completely leads to laboratory testing methods could not satisfy research on durability of concrete structure. Nondestructive in situ testing method for permeability of concrete has great significance for evaluating the durability of concrete structure. Simultaneously, research on developing rules and influencing factors of concrete permeability needs the support of advanced nondestructive in situ testing method. According to ion migration theory, a calcium ion migration test is developed in this project. Calcium diffusivity of concrete is calculated with Nernst-Einstein equation and applied to evaluate the permeability of concrete. Based on calcium diffusivity determining, a nondestructive in situ test is designed and carried out. It is suitable for evaluating the durability of concrete structure and could give technological support for future durability research of concrete materials which service with real loads.
