中文摘要： 新一轮集体林权改革后，林业分散经营的现状和提高林业生产效益的要求需要已成为林业经营决策主体的农户在林业经营中进行合作，农户股份制林业合作行为是对现行林改政策实施的反映。本课题以农户股份制林业合作行为为研究对象，以江西省样本农户数据为依托，采用定量与定性的研究方法，通过对农户股份制林业合作行为决策过程进行分析，认识农户股份制林业合作行为特征和规律，认识现行林业政策对农户股份制林业合作行为的影响，为制订切实可行的宏观政策提供决策参考，以促进我国林业可持续发展和农民增收。首先，运用相关理论与文献，探讨农户股份制林业合作的内涵与本研究的分析框架。第二，针对为什么合作，运用理论与实证，分析农户股份制林业合作经营的动因。第三，针对怎样合作，运用logistic模型，分析农户股份制林业合作经营的意愿选择、合作伙伴选择、合作方式选择及其影响因素。然后，构建农户股份制林业经营的合作机制，提出相关政策建议

英文摘要： After the new reform of collective forest right,the status of forestry decentralized management and the requirement of improving forestry production efficiency need the farmers who become the forest management decision-makers conduct forestry cooperation management,farmers' joint-stock forestry cooperation behavior is the reflect on the forestry policy implementation.This research aims to farmer joint-stock forestry cooperation behavior as the object of study, based on the sample farmers'data of Jiangxi Province,by using the method of quantitative and qualitative,through analyzing the decision process of joint-stock cooperation behavior of forestry farmers, understands the characteristics and the laws of farmers'joint-stock cooperation behavior, understands the impact of the current forestry policies on farmers' joint-stock forestry cooperation behavior, provides the decision reference for formulating a practical macro policies in order to promote the sustainable development of forestry and increase farmers' income in China. First of all, the research will investigate the connotation of farmers' joint-stock forestry cooperation and the analytical framework of this study by using the related theory and literature.Secondly, about why cooperate,this research will analyse the causes of farmers' joint-stock forestry cooperation by using theory and empirical.Thirdly, about how cooperate, this research will analyse willness selection, partner selection, cooperation mode selection and their influencing factors of farmers' joint-stock forestry cooperation.Then, this research will construct a cooperative mechanism of farmers' joint-stock forestry cooperation,and put forward relevant policy suggestions.
