中文摘要: 由于高的比强度、比刚度及可设计等优点,复合材料已广泛用于风电、卫星等大型装备上。纤维断裂、基体开裂、界面脱粘等细观损伤会引起复合材料结构宏观断裂,引发灾难性事故,开展复合材料结构损伤研究成为热点问题。本项目拟开展基于通用单胞方法的复合材料结构多尺度损伤演化机理研究。在细观尺度上建立夹杂随机分布的通用单胞损伤分析方法,揭示多场耦合作用下复合材料细观损伤演化机理;研究复合材料结构裂纹奇异域的算子自定义小波有限元构造方法,弥补传统有限元方法在多尺度计算中存在的精度差、效率低等不足,有效求解裂纹奇异域应力应变场;提出适合于复合材料结构损伤奇异性分析的多尺度建模方法,阐明细观损伤到宏观断裂的失效机制。针对卫星太阳翼、风电叶片复合材料结构开展实验验证与应用研究。通过本项目的研究,有望进一步丰富和发展通用单胞方法、多尺度建模方法,提高卫星和风电设备安全运行能力,预防事故的发生,取得显著的社会和经济效益。

英文摘要: Composites has been widely used in wind power and satellite because of its high stiffness ratio, high strengthen ratio and designability. The fracture of composites structure leads to disastrous accident due to microscopic damage,such as fiber breakage, matrix crack and interfacial debond.Damage behavior research of composites structure becomes a hot research topic. In this project, multi-scale damage mechanism of composites structure is studied.Based on Generalized Method of Cells, microscopic damage model of composites with random inclusion distribution is built. Moreover, microscopic damage evolution mechanism of composites in multi-field coupling conditions is studied. For composites structure, operator custom wavelet finite element method, which solves the low precision and low efficiency of traditional finite element method,is built to calculate stress-strain field of crack singularity region. In addtion, multi-scale method, which is fit for damage singularity analysis of composites structure is proposed. Failure mechanism from microscopic damage to macroscopic fracture is studied. After the studies mentioned above, Generalized Method of Cells and multi-scale method can be further enriched and developed.
