中文摘要: 本项目基于生物网络和基因调控网络的特点,提出复杂网络的多样性演化问题,研究复杂网络结构多样性,动力学行为多样性和演化算法多样性。研究具体包括:基于基因调控网络的结构特征,建立复杂动态网络模型,研究网络中多样性的动力学行为产生的机理,建立网络拓扑参数与多样性的动力学行为之间的对应关系;研究网络的时延与随机噪声等因素对复杂网络的多样性的动力学行为的影响;在大数据环境下提出基因调控网络的重构算法,利用重构的复杂网络模型模拟基因调控网络的相互作用,推理出复杂多样性的基因调控网络结构;研究网络的时延与随机噪声等因素对复杂网络的演化算法多样性的影响;从而认识清楚复杂网络结构的多样性。基于对复杂网络多样性的动力学行为的认识,研究基因调控网络在信息安全中的应用。本项目研究将建立复杂网络的多样性演化算法的理论和方法,并为基因调控网络的构建、分析、设计及应用提供新的理论和方法。

英文摘要: The project is based on the characteristics of biological networks and gene regulatory networks, diversity evolution of complex networks is proposed;Structural diversity of complex networks, diversity of dynamical behavior and diversity of evolutionary algorithms are studied. The study of this project includes according to the hierarchical structure of the gene regulatory network, we establish complex network models, study the generating mechanism of network diversity dynamical behaviors, and discover the correspondence between these behaviors and network parameters. The study of this project also includes the impact of network delay, random noises and other factors on the diversity dynamics behaviors of complex dynamic networks and diversity of evolutionary algorithms of complex networks. We propose reconstruction algorithm of gene regulatory networks in the big data environment, using the network model to simulate the complex reconstruction of gene regulatory networks and inferring the diversity structure of gene regulatory networks. Moreover, based on the understanding of diversity dynamical behaviors and evolutionary algorithms of complex dynamic networks, apply research of gene regulatory networks in the information security field.This project will provide theories and methods for diversity of evolutionary algorithms of complex dynamic networks. The obtained results will be important theoretical basis for modeling, analysis,design and application of the gene regulatory networks.
