中文摘要: 变厚度薄壁结构具有较等厚度薄壁结构更好的可设计性和必定更优的力学和能量吸收性能,在安全防护工程领域具有广泛的应用前景。本项目旨在对轴向和横向加载条件下变厚度薄壁结构的力学变形行为、能量吸收性能和结构优化设计问题进行研究。采用数值仿真、实验研究和优化设计相结合的研究方法,探讨变厚度薄壁结构的力学响应和能量吸收机理,分析其相对于等壁厚薄壁结构的优势和原因,分析结构主要几何与厚度分布参数对结构吸能特性的影响,并对不同载荷条件下的变厚度薄壁结构进行优化设计。项目预期将揭示引入厚度梯度对薄壁结构吸能效率提升的原因和机制,掌握主要结构几何与厚度分布参数对能量吸收性能的影响规律,获得相关结构的最优化设计规律。项目的研究成果将为变厚度薄壁结构在安全防护领域的广泛应用提供理论支撑和设计依据。

英文摘要: Compared with thin-walled structures with uniform thickness, thin-walled structures with variable thickness provide a better designability, possess more excellent mechanical and energy absorption properties, and therefore have extensive application prospects in the field of safety and protection. This project aims to study the deformation behavior, energy absorption capacity and structural optimization design of thin-walled structures with variable thickness. Numerical simulation, experiment investigation and design optimization will be adopted to study the responses and energy absorption mechanism of them. The relative merits of them with respect to those with uniform thickness and the reason for these merits will be explored. The influence of geometric and thickness distribution parameters on the energy absorption performance of the structures will be investigated. Thin-walled structures with variable thickness under different loading conditions will be optimized. The project is expected to reveal the intrinsic mechanisms of the merits offered by the introduction of thickness distribution on improving the crashworthiness performance of thin-walled structures, to master the influence of structural and thickness distribution parameters on energy absorption capacity and to obtain the optimization design principles of the relevant structures. Research results of the project will provide theoretical basis and design principles for the wide applications of thin-walled structures with variable thickness in the field of safety and protection.
