中文摘要: 针对我国稀土萃取分离生产中的废水造成环境污染、土壤盐渍化以及稀土氯化物溶液雾化热分解基础理论匮乏问题,本课题将以热力学、动力学和氧化物晶体的成核与生长原理三个方面为基点,重点研究氯化稀土溶液直接热分解过程的基础理论。通过对H2、O2等引入气体与载气协同作用下的稀土氯化物分解过程热力学与动力学的研究,探明RECl3转化为RE2O3的新途径;通过对形核剂作用下溶质析出、氧化物成核生长及晶体形成规律的研究,建立稀土氯化物分解为尺寸和形貌均一氧化物的新模式。其目的是解决氯化稀土热分解过程中存在的氯氧化稀土中间产物难分解为氧化物、氧化物粉体粒度分布过宽和几何形貌混杂的关键问题,为实现非皂化-盐酸循环萃取分离稀土生产流程的绿色化提供科学基础。

英文摘要: There are such problems in Chinese rare earth extraction separation process as waste water pollution, soil salinization and the lack of spray pyrolysis theory about rare earth chlorid solution. According to these problems, this project will be based on the following three aspects(thermodynamics, kinetic and the nucleation and growth principle of rare earth oxides), focusing on the basic theory in direct thermal decomposition process of the rare earth chlorid solution. Through the thermodynamic and kinetic study in the rare earth chloride decomposition process under the synergies of H2 and O2 introducing gas, etc and carrier gas, we will ascertain a new path for the conversion from RECl3 to RE2O3. Through the studies on the solute precipitation, oxide nucleation and crystal formation law under the action of nucleating agents, we will establish a new model of the oxide formation which is decomposed of rare earth chloride and has uniform size and morphology. The purpose of the above studies is to solve such problems as difficult decomposition of intermediate product(rare-earth oxychloride) in the rare earth chloride thermal decomposition process, oxide particle size distribution over wide and geometry appearance mixed, which provides scientific foundations for realizing green in Chinese rare earth extraction separa
