中文摘要: 温室气体二氧化碳的过量排放是造成全球气候变暖的主要原因,目前最好的解决办法是实现二氧化碳资源化和循环利用。本项目要解决的关键问题是在超临界反应条件下,研究催化剂组成、结构与活性之间的关系,考察催化剂溶解性和各类助剂对催化剂活性的影响,探索共聚反应规律,为蒙西公司工业化装置工艺改造提供思路;以超临界二氧化碳为溶剂,研究新型偶联和环加成反应产物与溶剂的分离、纯化及溶剂的循环利用。 通过研制适合于超临界二氧化碳反应的配合物催化剂,以共聚反应、新型偶联和环加成反应为催化剂评价体系,研究配合物中配体和金属种类、配位方式、助催化剂及超临界反应条件和助溶剂对催化反应活性、选择性和转化率的影响,对影响共聚物结构、组成、平均分子量和玻璃化温度的因素进行考察,优化出在超临界二氧化碳状态下进行共聚反应的有效催化剂。采用简易的分离、净化方法处理二氧化碳乏气,优化出环境友好、二氧化碳可循环利用的绿色反应工艺。

英文摘要: The exorbitant emission of greenhouse gas carbon dioxide is the main factor caused global warming,and so far, the best way to solve the problem is to let carbon dioxide become a resource and cyclic use. In this project, the relationship between the component, structure of the new catalysts and catalytic activity and the effect of the catalyst solubility and the additives on the catalytic activity will be studied.The rule of copolymerization reaction in supercritical carbon dioxide medium will be explored. We hope our work can provide a good idea for updating the industrialized technology of the Inner Mongolia Meng-Xi Company.The separation and purification of products and solvent as well as the cyclic utilization of the carbon dioxide will be investigated by new coupling and cycloaddition reactions using the supercritical carbon dioxide as solvent. New catalysts applying to the copolymerization, coupling and cycloaddition reaction in supercritical carbon dioxide medium will be sythesized in order to evaluate their activity.The effect of the kinds of ligand and metal in complexes, coordinated mode, cocatalyst,supercritical reaction condition and cosolvent on the catalytic activity,selectivity and percent conversion will be discussed.
