中文摘要: 本项目拟开展Baylis-Hillman加成物与Danishefsky型双烯的Diels-Alder环加成反应,并希望对可能的协同机理和分步反应机理进行研究说明,并对该合成策略在生理活性分子合成中的应用进行探索。同时,BH加成物与双三甲基硅氧基双烯有可能发生选择性[3+3]环加成反应,预期得到一系列官能化芳环衍生物。在此过程中,我们还将对α 位有取代情况下硅醚化双烯的特殊反应情况进行研究,预期将得到一类含有环外双键的取代吡喃醚化合物。最后,基于联烯酸酯的BH加成物在上述环加成反应中的适用性也是我们的重要考察目标,这些工作将进一步拓展Baylis-Hillman反应的化学。

英文摘要: This project aims at the the Diels-Alder cycloaddition of Baylis-Hillman adduct and Danishefsky's diene. In this process, the difference between concerted pathway and stepwise pathyway will be carefully examined. Furthermore, the application of present strategy on syntheses of biologically active molecules will also be conducted. At the same time, the [3+3] cycloaddition of Baylis-Hillman adduct and 1,3-bis(trimethylsilyloxy)-1,3-butadien will be carried out,thus provids new way to synthesize functionalized arene derivatives. Subsequently, reactions of the Chan's diene with alpha-substituent will also be investigated. In such case, a series of substituted pyran ether with exocyclic double bond would be expected. Finally, the application of allenoate-based Baylis-Hillman adduct in the above mentioned cycloaddition serves as another important target, which will expand the chemistry of Baylis-Hillman adduct to much extent.
