中文摘要: 早老性痴呆症(Alzheimer's Disease, AD)是继心血管疾病和肿瘤之后严重威胁人类生命健康的重要疾病之一,其安全有效的预防、治疗药物研究是目前国内外药学界的研究热点。我们在蕨类植物的样品采集和活性初筛中发现部分植物的提取物具有显著的乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性。在已有的研究基础上,拟选择几种蕨类植物为重点研究对象,以乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性为追踪检测手段,综合运用现代分离、分析技术、现代波谱技术和化学方法探讨其中的乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性成分,可望发现新的乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂,为AD的防治提供候选药物先导结构或模型化合物,并对获得的化学成分进行构效关系研究以及对其科属化学分类学意义进行探讨。具有重要的学术价值和应用前景,对地区药用植物的开发利用有重要的经济价值及社会意义。

英文摘要: Alzheimer's Disease(AD) is one of the important diseases which threatened to human life and health seriously following the cardiovascular disease and the cancer, its safe and effective prevention, treatment drug research is the hot spots of academic study domestically and internationally.We collected samples in the ferns and active screening found that some plant extracts have significant inhibitory activity of acetylcholinesterase.Intergrated use of modern separation technology and chemical spectroscopy method, a system's chemical composition research based on several ferns will conducted and the study of acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity were carried out. The result expected to find some compounds having acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity, the further research is expected to discover the new acetylcholinesterase inhibitor for the prevention and treatment of AD drug. In the research the structure-activity relationship as well as the taxonomic significance of lycopodium compounds were also discussed, Which have important academic value and prospects of the region's development.
