中文摘要: 嵌段共聚物在不相容两相聚合物共混物中起到改进界面相容性的作用,接枝有聚合物的纳米粒子也能提高其与均聚物的混合物性能。这种相容性的提高都是由位于界面处的聚合物刷的分布来决定的。由于均聚物的排除或渗入其中,聚合物刷在两相界面处的卷曲和伸展分别对应着干刷和湿刷的构象。本申请准备研究利用热分析技术探究两相界面处的结晶性聚合物刷的干、湿刷构象,并利用等温量热滴定技术研究接枝有聚合物刷的纳米粒子与其均聚物的溶液共混,利用混合过程中接枝物分子链的弹性焓变和混合中的熵变,判断吉布斯自由能的情况,来研究混合过程中的聚合物刷的干、湿刷构象转变条件。将这一研究方法与其他的传统表征聚合物刷的干、湿刷构象的手段相结合,建立利用热分析技术研究聚合物刷的分子链构型的研究体系。

英文摘要: Block copolymer assembled at the interface bewteen two immiscible polymer could improve the compatibility of these two componments. The nano particle grafted with polymer chains could also improve its compatibility with polymer matrix. The distribution of the polymer brushes at interface has decisive influence on the misciblity. The polymer brushes have either extension or curl conformation depend on whetherthe homopolymer is permeated or excluded from the brushes. In this application, thermal analysis is used to investigate the dry/wet brush conformation of block copolymer at interface and isothermal titration calorimetry is used to study the blends of nano particles grafted with polymer brushes with copolymer solution. Basing on the elastic enthalpy change and the entropy change upon blending, the Gibbs free energy change will reflect the dry/wet brushed conformation changes. Combining with other traditional characterizing methods, this application is about to build a stduy system basing on thermal analysis technology to investigate the dry/wet brush conformation of polymer brushes.
