中文摘要: 钢丝绳应用广泛,其状态与安全直接关系到人员生命和生产安全。因此,开展钢丝绳状态监测与安全诊断研究意义重大。本项目依据钢丝绳材料性质,通过理论分析、仿真和试验,研究钢丝绳多磁性参数(μj、R、Φn、Bl、Hs、Bs、Hc、Br、CM、ΔΦn)之间的关系和磁测机理、设计多磁性参数检测传感器;研究钢丝绳各类损伤对多磁性参数的影响,建立基于μj、Φn、Bl、R的钢丝绳损伤(LF、LMA)定量识别模型和基于Hs、Bs、Hc、Br、μj、R、Φn的钢丝绳疲劳与材质劣化定量识别模型;依据强度理论和上述模型,建立钢丝绳剩余强度计算模型;研究钢丝绳的磁弹效应,建立基于μj、CM、ΔΦn的载荷应力计算模型;以剩余强度和载荷应力为基础,建立基于多磁性参数融合的钢丝绳安全诊断模型;开发钢丝绳状态监测与安全诊断虚拟仪器;揭示钢丝绳安全状态与多磁性参数之间的本质关系,为钢丝绳状态监测与安全诊断提供理论依据和科学方法。

英文摘要: The wire rope is used widely and its condition and safety directly relate to personal security and production safety. So the research on condition monitoring and safety diagnosis for wire rope is of great significance.Based on the material property of the wire rope, the relations among multi magnetic parameters(such as μj,R,Φn,Bl,Hs,Bs,Hc,Br,CM,ΔΦn) and the magnetic measurement principles are researched by the method of theory analysis,emulation and test. The sensor is designed to inspect multi magnetic parameters. The effects of each kind of wire rope damage on multi magnetic parameters are studied.The quantitative identification models of the wire rope damage(LF and LMA) based on μj,Φn,Bl,R and of the fatigue and material degradation based on Hs,Bs,Hc,Br,μj,R,Φn are set up. According as the strength theory and the above models, the residual strength calculation model is built. The magneto-elastic effect of the wire rope is researched and the load stress calculation model is built based on μj,CM,ΔΦn. At last, based on the residual strength and the load stress, the safety diagnosis model, fusing multi magnetic parameters, is built. The virtual instrument system is constructed to monitor the condition and diagnose the satety condition of wire rope, then the essential relationship between safety condition and the multi magnetic parameters is revealed. The theoretical basis and scientific method are offered for condition monitoring and safety diagnosis of wire rope.
