中文摘要: 专业学位是我国近年乃至今后一段时期研究生教育规模结构调整、培养模式改革的重点,加强评估是保证质量的重要手段。专业学位质量评估目前存在的问题有评估标准不明晰、评估机制存在缺陷、评估技术手段不适应需要,未能体现专业学位设置服务需求、职业导向的初衷。 本项目拟构建一个探究培养条件与研究生发展质量之间投入-产出关系的专业学位研究生教育质量评估模型。该模型以学生职业发展质量作为评估标准,引入大数据的思想和技术,将教育系统内外部质量保障机制有机结合,通过采集研究生培养全过程的客观数据,对培养条件与学生发展质量各要素之间的相互关系进行分析预测。该模型可以适时把握专业学位的社会需求变化与质量发展动态,有利于各级管理部门从宏观上加强制度法规建设,从微观上改进管理措施。本项目的研究对于完善学生发展理论和教育评估体系、引领专业学位的发展、提升研究生教育整体质量具有重要而深远的意义。

英文摘要: ABSTRACT Professional degree education will be a key element in the structural adjustment of graduate education and the reform of cultivation mode for a period ahead in China, as it has been in recent years. And strengthening assessment is an important measure to assure the quality of education. However, there are several problems in current assessment for professional degree education, i.e. confusion of the quality evaluation criterions, defects in the assessment mechanisms, disagreement of assessment techniques, which make the original goal of serve needs, career orientation set by professional degree cannot be reached. This project aims to build a quality evaluation paradigm of professional degree education, which explores the input-output relationship between cultivation conditions and the career development of graduate student. Taken the career development quality of students as evaluation criterion, this paradigm combines internal and external education quality guarantee mechanisms of education system, gathers the full-data during the whole process of postgraduate cultivation, and analyze the relationship between cultivation conditions and elements in the quality of students' career development by using the big-data technology. The research on this paradigm can help to grasp the variation of social demand and quality development of education, and facilitate the administrative departments to strengthen institutional improvement from macroscopic view and improve the management measures from microscopic view. The results of this research are expected to improve the student career development theory and the evaluation system of education, leading the development of professional degree education, which have important and far-reaching significance on improving the overall quality of postgraduate education.
