中文摘要: 构筑VHF频段的宽带海事通信系统是目前国际海事组织(IMO)主推的海上通信系统发展方向,其中面临的主要问题是频谱资源的限制。本课题以认知无线电理论为基础,以目前海事VHF模拟语音对讲信道的频谱资源为研究对象,通过研究非授权频谱感知和资源分配算法,合理利用空闲的VHF模拟语音信道为宽带数字通信服务。主要针对海上通信系统的特点,重点解决以下三类科学问题:(1)多信道窄带宽频谱检测效率与检测精度的平衡问题;(2)VHF模拟语音用户的空间感知问题;(3)人的行为模式在基于博弈论的资源分配算法中的建模问题。另外,由于本课题具有很强的行业应用背景,因此要求所有研究成果不但要给出完整的算法模型,还要给出经过现场测试证明有效的参数设定方案,使其具备现场测试验证的能力,并在此基础上向IMO提供相关技术的实施建议案。

英文摘要: Building the VHF band broadband maritime communications system is the development direction of maritime communications system which is promoted by IMO currently. One of the most important problems is the limit of spectrum resources. This issue is based on the theory of cognitive radio and the spectrum resources of maritime VHF analog voice intercom channel are taken as the research object. It aims to take rational use of free VHF analog voice channel for serving broadband digital communications by studying the unauthorized spectrum sensing and resource allocation algorithm. According to the characteristics of maritime communications systems, focused on solving the following three scientific problems. (1) The balance of the multi-channel narrowband spectrum detection efficiency and detection accuracy. (2) Spatial perception of VHF analog voice user. (3) The modeling of human behavior in resource allocation algorithm based on the game theory. In addition, since this subject has a strong background in industrial applications, it requires that all research results not only give the complete algorithm models, but also give the field-tested proven effective parameter setting schemes so that it has the ability to field test. On this basis, implementation recommendations of related technologies are provided to IMO.
