中文摘要: 稀土掺杂氮氧化物荧光材料由于具有发光亮度高、性能稳定等优点在LED照明中有重要应用。目前,氮氧化物基荧光粉的发光波长主要集中在蓝-绿光区,在橙光及红光部分却极其缺乏, 这就限制了氮氧化物在LED领域的应用。本项目拟采用基质元素替代、离子共掺的方法,在氮氧化物中实现短波到长波段的转化,得到光谱可调适用于LED性能稳定的氮氧化物发光材料。具体的研究内容包括:在优良的氮氧化物发光材料进行离子取代或引入能量传递机制,实现光谱可调;开发新型稀土离子共掺可调控的氮氧化物荧光粉;系统研究材料的发光性质、能量传递动力学过程、发光效率随合成条件及浓度变化的规律。本项目旨在扩展氮氧化物的发光波段,设计出具有自主知识产权的性能稳定的光谱可调LED用荧光粉。

英文摘要: Rare-earth ion-doped oxynitride phosphors have attracted much attention and played an important role as phosphor-converted LEDs owing to their high emission efficiency and excellent thermal stability. In the present, the emission of rare-earth ion-doped oxynitride phosphors mainly occur in the blue-green region but rarely in the orange-red region, which limits its application for LED because orange-red emitting phosphors have been found to indispensable for white LEDs with high color rendering index. Thus, this project is looking for novel phosphors that can convert shortwave emission light into longwave light luminescence via element substitution or energy transfer in oxynitride. The content of research topic includs: investigation color-tunable emission via element substitution or energy transfer in the excellent oxynitride; development novel rare-earth ion co-doped tunable emission oxynitride phosphors; study their photoluminescence, energy transfer mechanism and luminescence efficiency by varying the synthesis condition and ion doped concentrations. This project works to extend the emission region of oxynitride phosphors, and further develop novel tunable color oxynitride with excellent chemical and independent intellectual property rights for LED application.
