中文摘要: 本项目拟探索制备具有高选择性的氧化锌基异质氧化物多级结构气敏材料。以有序的氧化锌纳米棒阵列为基底,采用液相自组装或溶解再结晶生长法,使异质氧化物材料复合到氧化锌纳米棒阵列表面,通过调控反应物浓度和反应条件控制异质氧化物在氧化锌纳米棒表面的存在形态(棒或片层),从而制备有序的氧化锌基异质多级结构材料,并对其构筑机制进行研究。利用这种方法使材料易于在传感器件表面进行原位组装,以确保其多级结构的完整性,能充分利用多级结构的高比表面、易吸附脱附以及活性表面和界面的协同作用,进而实现对气体的高选择性检测并提高检测的灵敏度和稳定性。利用现代表征手段,光电子能谱、材料电学性质等实验测定和理论计算相结合,揭示气体在材料表面和异质界面的吸脱附本质、不同异质多级结构与气敏性能之间的关系,为探索氧化锌基异质多级结构材料显微结构与气敏性之间的关系和器件的实际应用奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: In this project,the hierachical heterostructure nano-oxides arry, constructed by ZnO nanorod arry and another low dimensional (nanorod or nanosheet)heterostructure oxides building blocks, will be synthesized by a simple, economical solution self-assembly or soluble recrystallization routes to obtain gas sensing materials with ultrahigh selectivity, high sensitivity and good stability. The mechanism for the formation of hierachical heterostructure of oxides array will be also studied in detail. The hierachical heterostructure of oxide array based sensors will be assembled in-situ to keep hierachical structure well, provide more surface-to-volume ratio,in favor of gas molecule transportation and synergy between surface and interface. The mechanism for gas adsorption and desorption will be studied by combining theoretical caculation with characterizations of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, electricity properties, etc., to indicate the relationship between the hierachical heterostructure of oxides and their gas sensing properties, which may provide theoretical guides for further investigation of the relationship between the hierarchical heterostructures of the zinc oxide array and their gas sensing properties and practical applications of the gas sensors.
