中文摘要: 航天发射场地面设备是执行航天发射任务的重要基础平台,其可靠性水平直接影响航天发射任务的顺利实施,甚至关系到任务成败。目前,我国航天发射场以定时检修和事后维修为主的维修政策难以适应高密度航天发射任务的客观要求,现有的理论和方法也难以解决发射场地面设备的维修决策问题。本项目以航天发射场典型地面设备为背景,从表征设备性能衰退的状态参数和数据出发,将降低系统风险作为优化目标,重点研究"连续工作"型和"长停短用"型两类设备的维修决策技术。旨在通过建立适合航天发射场地面设备的维修决策模型,并开展相关关键技术研究,实现对航天发射场地面设备维修工作的科学决策和管理。该项目的研究可以为航天发射场制定科学的维修计划和确定最优备件库存方案提供有力的技术支持,有效提高航天发射场系统的安全性、可靠性和综合保障能力,同时也将推动维修理论及其工程应用的进一步发展,具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。

英文摘要: The ground systems in the aerospace launching center compose the basic platform for the launch mission. The ground systems must deliver high reliability for the launching mission to avoid the mission failure. The majority of the ground systems have long been operating in the modes of fixed time inspection and corrective maintenance. It cannot satisfy the objective requirements of the frequent launch missions. In general, the existing theory and methods are difficult to meet the maintenance decision problems for the ground systems. This project aims at studying the maintenance decision techniques for the continuous operating system and the long time waiting and short time operating system existing in the ground system. The proposed techniques are based on the system condition parameters and data with the optimization objective of minimizing the system risk level. Through developing proper maintenance decision models and the related critical techniques for the ground systems, it will aid the aerospace launching center to realize scientific decision making and management for the maintenance works. This project will provide a powerful measure to develop scientific maintenance scheduling plan and optimal the spare part storage scheme. It will promote the safety, reliability and support capability of the ground system
