中文摘要: 根据IAEA关于便携式谱仪的检测规范,本项目研究基于LaBr3(Ce)探测器的γ能谱采集系统的原理及其数据处理方法。开发基于高速ADC+FPGA+DSP+ARM的数字化γ能谱采集处理装置,在FPGA和DSP芯片中实现了多道脉冲幅度分析功能,包括数字脉冲成形、阈值去噪、堆积判弃、基线估计及幅度提取;采用和实验相结合的方法,利用蒙特卡罗程序模拟研究LaBr3(Ce)探测器的γ射线响应谱,为验证能谱处理及核素识别算法提供了很好的依据;研究一套适合于便携式γ谱仪系统的数字化核脉冲信号处理算法、γ能谱数据处理算法和核素识别算法,并验证各种算法的有效性,逐步完善装置性能,为今后国内研制高性能数字化多道谱仪系统做好基础研究工作。

英文摘要: According to the test requirement for portable RID drawn up by IAEA, we research the theories about LaBr3(Ce) γ spectra measurement and data analysis. The digital γ spectra acquisition system is designed, which is based on ADC, FPGA, DSP and ARM. All modules of multi-channel pulse height analysis, including digital pulse shaping, threshold denoising, pileup rejection, baseline estimation and height extraction are integrated in a FPGA chip and a DSP chip. The LaBr3(Ce) detectors is modeled using Geant4 Monte Carlo simulation program package, and its γ responses is calculated. A series of algorithms suitable for portable RID is studied and verified, such as digital nuclear signals processing, γ spectra data processing, nuclide identification. The research work of this project lays the foundation for the research and development of high performance digital spectroscopy.
