中文摘要: 应力光学系数为零的玻璃主要被用来制造控制偏振光的光学器件。针对目前玻璃结构的应力光学系数定量预测和理论计算的匮乏以及零应力光学系数玻璃环保要求背景,本项目提出利用玻璃相图结构模型和包含电子-空穴作用的激发态电子结构第一性原理计算,构建适用于玻璃结构的应力光学系数全光谱定量预测模型;利用预测模型进行理论计算,对玻璃组分进行筛选,主要选用TeO2基和SnO基等无铅氧化物玻璃作为研究对象,结合晶格振动布里渊散射实验、玻璃组分和结构分析、光测弹性实验、准粒子能带结构分析,研究玻璃的应力光学系数、弹光系数张量等光弹性参量的产生机理;通过组分优化得到无铅零应力光学系数氧化物玻璃体系。

英文摘要: Zero stress-optics coefficience glass is mainly used for controlled polarization optics device. For the lack of stress-optics coefficience theory and environmental requirements, the project will use glass phase diagram approach and electron-hole pair including excited state first-principles calculation to built theoretical models and methods of glass full spectrum precise stress-optics coefficience; combined with glass composition and structural analysis, stress birefringence optical path difference experiment, lattice vibrations Brillouin scattering experiments and quasiparticle band structure analysis, the mechanism of SnO-based and TeO2-based lead-free glasses photoelastic parameters such as stress-optics coefficient, dispersion behavior, the photoelastic parameters tensor will be investigated; lead-free low dispersion zero stress optical coefficient oxide glasses system will be obtained through the materials design and components optimization.
