中文摘要: 为了获得弥散分布的共格L12结构热稳定析出相以调控合金组织,提高合金的耐热性能,本项目拟通过复合微合金化方法,在铝合金中复合添加稀土(Er,Yb)和过渡族元素(Zr,Ti,V,Hf),提高沉淀析出相的析出密度和热稳定性。采用硬度、电导率等宏观手段结合透射电镜分析研究析出相的析出序列和演化规律;采用高分辨电镜和三维原子探针,从原子层次上研究析出相的微观结构,考察各微合金化元素在析出相中的分布,揭示微合金化元素之间相互作用的机理及析出相形成及演化的控制机理;阐明复合微合金化热稳定析出相的强韧化机理及其对合金组织稳定性的作用,为提高铝合金的耐热性能提供科学依据。

英文摘要: To obtain coherent L12 structure precipitates so as to control the deformation microstructure and improve the thermal resistance of aluminium alloy.In this project, we propose to improve the number density and thermal stability of the precipitates by co-addition of rare earth elements including Er and Yb and transition elements including Zr,Ti,Hf, V.The hardness and electrical conductivity measurements will be used to investigate the precipitation sequence and evolution rules of the precipitates.High resolution TEM and three dimension atom probe will be used to investigate the microstructure of the precipitates at atomic scale.The interaction mechanism between the microalloying elements will be investigated by the chemical composition evolution of the precipitates, thus clarifing the control mechanism of the precipitate formation. The influence of the precipitates on the stability of the microstructure will be investigated. The results will give a scientific foundation for improving the thermal stability of the corresponding aluminium alloys.
