中文摘要: 本项目拟在光与无线融合的微波光子接收的基础理论和器件原理等方面开展研究,针对宽带微波光子接收器件的特点,研究低损耗、高电光系数、高稳定性的微波光子接收器的设计理论与物理机制,建立动力学方程及理论模型,提出微波和光波相互作用理论。针对复杂微波光子结构中介质的非均匀性、非线性和各向异性,开展宽带微波电磁场特性的研究,建立较为完整的关于复杂微波光子接收器结构的电磁理论,开发微波光子接收器仿真工具,指导实验工艺的改进。研究微波信号光信息处理技术,建立基于光子时域信号处理微波频域信号的理论模型,提出超宽带、高灵敏度、高品质因数、轻质化、小体积的微波信号光信息处理方法。 本课题不仅密切依赖于物理学、化学、材料学等理论,还涉及微电子技术、光电子技术等多个学科,是一项学科交叉性和综合性都很强、且极具发展潜力的领域,开展该领域的基础课题研究,可带动大量概念全新的功能器件开发,在学术和应用上具有重要的价值。

英文摘要: This project aims at integration with the wireless optical waveguide receive basic theories and principles of research. Broadband microwave Photonic receiver devices, research on low-loss, high stability, high electro-optic coefficients of microwave waveguide receiver design theory and its physical mechanism. Establish the kinetics and theoretical model of the interaction between microwave and light wave theory. Complex heterogeneity, nonlinear and anisotropic media in the microwave photonic structure and carry out the study of the electromagnetic field characteristics of broadband microwave. Establish a more complete receiver structure on the complexity of microwave photons of electromagnetic theory.
