中文摘要: LiFePO4是重要的锂离子电池电极材料。传统合成方法采用高温固相反应,合成成本较高,且有大量废气排出,限制了该材料的商业使用。水热法合成简单,成本低,适合掺杂、包覆及特殊形貌的合成,但却存在实际容量常常远低于理论容量的问题,这成为困扰研究者的一个科学难点。 本课题采用水热法合成LiFePO4,利用中子衍射、X射线衍射、电子显微等表征手段,研究不同合成条件下(如温度、压力)的离子占位、晶格常数、离子间键长键角的变化以及相应的电化学性能,从而探讨结构对性能的影响,揭示水热LiFePO4合成工艺的关键环节。本课题对改善LiFePO4水热法合成工艺,研究LiFePO4储能机理等方面提供重要的理论指导和实验依据。

英文摘要: LiFePO4 has been considered as one of the most important battery material, since its good thermal stability,low material cost and better enviromental compatibility. Traditionally,the material is synthesized by high-temperature methods,but high energy consumption and gas release limit its use. Hydrothermal method has been preferentially chosen for its advantages: quick, easy to perform, low cost in energy and easily scalable. Howerve,the synthesis condition is critical in obtaining excellent electrical chemistry performance.This has been one problem which confused scientist. In this project,LiFePO4 synthesized by hydrothermal method are studied by neutron diffraciton,X-ray diffraction,electron microscopy and other characterization methods.The relationship between crystal structure and performance will be studied in detail by analyzing the crystal structure on different synthesis conditions.This is very important for improving the hydrothermal method and understanding the mechanism of LiFePO4.
