中文摘要: 荧光法检测硝基芳香爆炸物,尤其是2,4,6-三硝基甲苯(TNT)和2,4,6-三硝基苯酚(TNP),对军工生产、公共安全、刑事侦查、环境保护等领域都极为重要。如何提高检测的选择性,仍面临巨大挑战。. 基于本课题组对金属离子和有机小分子进行识别、成像的研究基础。本申请项目拟(1)合成具有适当配位结构的强荧光Zn(II)配合物,利用TNP酸性较强的性质,可与Zn(II)配合物发生竞争配位反应,改变原来配合物的结构及荧光信号;(2)合成新类型的有机物,以期与TNT选择性地生成Meisenheimer复合物。利用这两种原理,主要解决对TNP和TNT进行高选择、灵敏、快速荧光检测的问题。. 本项目的开展将拓展现有的检测体系;为硝基芳香类爆炸物质的分离鉴定与成像提供的新原理和新方法;可进一步推动化学和环境科学、材料科学等学科的交叉与融合,具有巨大的研究空间。

英文摘要: Fluorescent detection of nitro aromatic compounds, especially 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) and 2,4,6-trinitrophenol (TNP), are extremely important to defense industry production, criminal investigation, public security, environmental protection and other fields. But how to improve the selectivity is still a big challenge. . Based on our researches on the detection of metal ions and organic small molecular. In this application, (1) strong fluorescent Zn(II) complexes with appropriate coordination structure will be synthesized. Due to TNP is a strong lewis acid, and it can change the original structure of the Zn(II) complex and the fluorescent signal by competition coordination. (2) New types of organic molecules will be synthesized. For the purpose of forming Meisenheimer complex with TNT selectively. . This objective will expand the existing detection system; provide new theory and method for the separation and imaging of nitro aromatic explosives; promote the integration of chemistry, environmental science, and material science. This application will have great research space and potential application value.
