中文摘要: 作为计算机辅助医疗诊治领域的前沿问题,研究半关节植入物接触面最佳匹配精确模型的重构方法,是实现人工半关节植入物个性化设计的关键技术。其中,接触面个性化反求重构和模型匹配验证的系统方法是目前亟待解决的问题。针对上述挑战,本项目研究:1)利用人体骨骼生物几何特征,去除CT 图像中坏死的骨骼组织,获得关节凹面三维空间坐标点集,重点解决如何利用几何不变性特征进行关节凹面自动分割;2)采用多种曲面数值拟合算法和三维可视化建模技术,结合复杂运动仿真方法和精确有限元分析技术,研究多种运动过程中个性化半关节植入物接触曲面模型的几何误差参数和力学性能参数,重点解决如何构建符合人体骨骼生物特征的特殊曲面重构方法,获得个性化半关节植入物球头的最佳匹配模型。项目的成功实施,将对提高人工半关节植入物设计质量,延长半关节置换假体使用寿命的基础研究提供技术支撑,同时对疾病术前规划和计算机智能处理等应用研究也有重要意义。

英文摘要: As the frontier issue in the field of computer-aided medical diagnosis and treatment, researching into the reconstruction methods of the optimal matching model for the half-joint implant contact surface is the key technology for the personalized designing of the artificial half-joint implants. Thereinto, the systematic method of the personalized reverse reconstruction and the model matching verification for the contact surface is the current urgent problem. Responding to these challenges, in this project: 1) The necrotic bone tissue in the CT images will be removed by utilizing the bio-geometric features of the human bones. The 3D coordinate point set of the joint concave surface will be obtained. How to utilize the geometric invariant features to automatically segment the joint concave surface will be focused on. 2) The multiple surface fitting algorithms, the 3D visual modeling technique, the complex motion simulating method and the accurate finite element analysis will be integrally used to explore the geometric error parameters and the mechanical property parameters in the multiple motion processes for the personalized models of the artificial half-joint implant contact surface.
