中文摘要: 卤氧铋BiOXs(X=Cl,Br,I)作为一类新型纳米光催化材料在太阳能电池和环境污染处理中的应用潜力引起越来越多的关注。纳米BiOXs研究与应用的增多必将导致其在环境中大量暴露。为了探明纳米BiOXs暴露是否会引起健康与安全方面的问题,本项目拟通过研究不同纳米尺度BiOXs与细胞之间作用来评价BiOXs的生物效应,建立纳米BiOXs安全性评价方法和研究体系;并通过跟踪记录纳米BiOXs的定位、跨膜转运机制,以获取细胞内多种反应的动力学信息,构建理论传质模型;进一步测试BiOXs光动力杀灭乳腺癌细胞性能,研究BiOXs光动力学疗法对癌细胞的抑制作用及内在机制,为BiOXs的生物医学应用奠定理论及实验基础,也为光动力治疗研究提供新思路。

英文摘要: BiOXs(X=Cl, Br, I)as a novel nano-photocatalytic material has drawn growing interest for its potential application in solar cell and treatment of pollutants. The increase of research and application will inevitably result in significant exposure to environment. To investigate whether this cause health and safety problems, this project intends to assess the biological effects of BiOXs by study the impact on BiOXs with different size to the cells and builds evaluation methods and research system for the safety assessment of BiOXs. The subcellular localization and transmembrane transport mechanism of BiOXs will be tracked and recorded to obtain dynamic chemical information about the intracellular reactions for developing a mass transfer model describing the cellular internalization of the nanoparticles. Furthermore, photodynamic therapy of BiOXs for breast cancer will be conducted and the mechanism will also be discussed. It is hoping to lay the theoretical and experimental foundation for the biomedical application and provide new ideas and methods for the further research of photodynamic therapy
