中文摘要: 坚硬砂岩顶板与瓦斯在我国煤矿中普遍存在。近年来,我国煤矿发生过多起因岩层失稳运动引发采空区瓦斯爆炸和燃烧事故,尚未对其机理开展全面、系统研究。本项目以坚硬砂岩为研究对象,采用现场调研、理论分析、室内试验和数值模拟综合研究手段,研究采空区坚硬砂岩顶板失稳摩擦效应及其引燃引爆瓦斯机理。主要内容有:采空区岩层失稳特征及瓦斯运移动态响应;砂岩失稳摩擦运动过程中能量转化与热辐射特征;砂岩摩擦效应引燃引爆瓦斯的主要因素、次要因素和抑制因素;危险性量化评价及危险区域划分;解危技术措施与分级防治技术体系。通过上述研究,明确砂岩摩擦效应引发采空区瓦斯爆燃机理,完善瓦斯灾害防治技术措施,健全矿井安全开采技术体系,具有重要的理论价值和应用价值。

英文摘要: Gas and hard sandstone roof are prevalent in our country coal mine. Recent years, several gob gas explosion and combustion accidents occurred caused by rock stratum instability and movement, and its mechanism has not comprehensive and systematic studied. The hard sandstone will be choose as the study object, mechanism of gob gas explosion and combustion ignited by friction effects of hard sandstone roof instability will be thorough studied by integrated study means of site investigation, theoretical analysis, laboratory tests and numerical simulation. The main contents are: Determine the coupling dynamic effect relationship between gob stratum instability and gas migration. Analyze the energy conversion feature and thermal radiation feature during sandstone frictional movement. The main factors and secondary and inhibit factors of gas ignition by sandstone friction effects. Achieve quantitative evaluation of relevant hazard and hazardous areas partition,forming hierarchical prevention and control technology system. Through these studies, determine the mechanism of gob gas explosion and combustion ignitied by sandstone friction effects, improving gas hazards prevention and control technology, improve coal mine safety mining technology system, which have important theoretical value and applied value.
