中文摘要: 以日益凸显的城市交通拥堵问题为背景,利用交通流宏观基本图理论,分析城市路网交通拥堵的形成机理及演化和消散规律,并提出路网拥堵的快速甄别方法,以及预防和疏导网络交通拥堵的分区协调策略。首先,利用现象观察、仿真实验及理论分析相结合的方法,解析不同需求条件下的网络交通特征,揭示主要交通流特征参数与网络特征参数(拓扑结构、管理措施等)的基本关系;其次,研究我国复杂交通环境下的城市路网宏观基本图建模方法,并利用各分区宏观基本图研究路网交通拥堵的时空分布特征和演化规律,提出基于分区分析的路网拥堵快速甄别方法;再次,研究拥堵条件下的动态分区方法及基于宏观基本图的分区协调优化模型;最后,进行仿真评价和实证研究。研究成果可拓展和完善交通流理论,为制定快速预防和疏解路网交通拥堵的管理措施提供理论基础和方法支持,对建立网络交通供需耦合关系奠定基础。

英文摘要: Focusing on the increasingly noticeable problems of urban traffic congestion, with the theory of macroscopic fundamental diagram, the traffic congestion mechanism and the laws of its evolution and dissipation are investigated. On that basis, method of fast recognition for network traffic congestion a new sub-network coordination strategy is proposed for traffic congestion prevention and evacuation. Firstly, with a method combining phenomenon observation, simulation experiment and theoretical derivation, the characteristic of network traffic with different traffic demand is analyzed, and then the fundamental relation between the characteristic parameters of traffic flow and the network (e.g. topology and management measures). Secondly, the modeling of macroscopic fundamental diagram for urban network under China's complex traffic environment is explored and the time-space distribution of traffic congestion in a network and the laws of its evolution are studied with the macroscopic fundamental diagrams of the sub-networks. Fast recognition method of network traffic congestion is proposed at he basis of partitioning analysis.
