中文摘要: 二氧化碳催化转化制高碳烃(C5+)是生产无硫汽油(C5-C11)的新途径,对二氧化碳的资源化利用和新型能源合成技术的开发具有非常重要的意义。目前C5+选择性偏低是铁基催化剂上二氧化碳加氢转化的研究瓶颈。针对这一问题,本项目拟从催化剂设计入手,围绕烃类产物碳链增长这一关键科学问题,首先制备不同形貌、孔道结构和酸碱性的氧化铝载体,研究载体结构和化学性质与催化剂活性、C5+选择性的关系。在此基础上,利用疏水性处理、第二活性组分的添加(Fe-M/Al2O3, M=Ni、Co、Pd、Cu)和助剂改性等方法,进一步提高产物中C5+选择性和催化剂的抗积碳能力。本项目还拟进行催化反应过程的原位红外(IR)和原位X-射线衍射(XRD)表征,研究反应物吸附、活化形式,探索催化剂相组成变化与其催化活性、选择性之间的关系,揭示催化反应的活性物种,为二氧化碳催化加氢制高碳烃的高效催化剂设计提供理论指导。

英文摘要: Carbon dioxdie (CO2) hydrogenation to gasoline range hydrocarbons (C5-C11) is of great importance in CO2 utilization and development of new sources of energy, which provides a new approach in the production of non-sulfur gasoline. However, low CO2 conversion as well as long chain hydrocarbons (C5+) selectivity are the main problems in CO2 hydrogenation over iron-based catalysts. This project focuses on a key issue of chain growth in hydrocarbons production, iron-based catalysts with high efficiency will be developed. A serious of Al2O3 support with different morphologies, pore structures and acid-base propertis will be prepared first, and influences of support physico-chemical propertis on catalyst behavior will be tested. And on this basis, catalysts will be modified by SiO2-coating, preparing bimetallic catalys(Fe-M/Al2O3, M=Ni、Co、Pd、Cu)and adding promoters to further increase selectivity of C5+ hydrocarbons and the resistance to coke formation. Active phase of CO2 conversion will be identified by in-situ X-ray diffraction (XRD) and in-situ infrared (IR) spectroscopy measurements. As a result, this research will provide theoretical guidance in the synthesis of catalysts with high efficiency for C5+ hydrocarbons production from CO2 hydrogenation.
