中文摘要: 物联网被认为是一个面向未来的高期望增长市场。目前,供电问题是制约其发展的巨大挑战之一。射频能量/太阳能的一体化收集,可以为物联网设备提供稳定的电能。在该方面存在的问题主要有:天线的体积大,收集能力较低,RF-DC转换电路效率低,未建立天线/太阳能电池板一体化模型,并优化其性能等。.本项目将研究小型化能量收集天线的高效收集技术,新型宽带高效转换电路的设计原理,及射频能量/太阳能一体化收集技术。项目的创新点主要有三个方面:1) 提出了基于零阶谐振和超表面的小型化、宽带全向圆极化天线,该天线在俯仰面具有宽的轴比波束,能高效收集射频能量;2) 在RF-DC转换电路中采用宽带阻抗压缩网络,可以在宽的频带范围内减小外界条件变化引起的整流器阻抗的变化,从而提高转换效率;3) 提出了将天线的缝隙结构贴片作为太阳能电池板下电极的天线/电池板一体化集成模式,并建立其模型,通过二者的协同设计来提高整个系统的性能

英文摘要: Internet of things is considered a promising market with a high expectations for the future. At present, the power supply problem is one of the great challenges of restricting the its development. The integrated RF energy/solar harvesting, can provide a stable power for these equipments in internet of things. The main problem in this issue include that the antennas have a large size and low collecting capacity and RF-DC circuit has a low efficiency. Also, the integration model for the antenna/solar panel has not been constructed and the system performance has not been optimized..This project will study the efficient harvesting technology of miniaturized antennas for energy harvesting, the design principles of the new broadband conversion circuit with high efficiency, and integrated RF energy /solar harvesting technologies. The project has three innovations. First, the compact wideband circularly polarized antenna based on the zeroth order resonator and metasurface is proposed. It can realize omnidirectional radiation in the wider elevation planes and harvest the energy with a higher efficiency. Second, the transmission line resistance compression networks with wider band are applied in the RF-DC conversion circuit that the whole system can harvest the power in a wider RF band and improve the conversion efficiency. Third, the integrated model of antenna/solar panel is proposed by employing the patch of antenna with a gap structure as the bottom electrode of solar panel. Also. the model is constructed and the system performance has been improved by the co-design.
