中文摘要: 高效肿瘤核酸标记物组的研究和体外快速识别是分析化学与生命科学的交叉前沿课题,本课题创新性整合三大核酸标记物 (即基因突变, 外源癌基因整合和关键miRNA靶标),获得高特异、可早期反应淋巴细胞瘤变的核酸标记物群,并初步涉及miRNA在激活癌基因表达以及与正常细胞瘤变的相关关系,重点研究发展第三代微流控芯片,实现基于核酸扩增和信号放大两大核酸检测模式,建立淋巴瘤核酸标记物组的快速识别新体系,实现淋巴瘤的快速高效床旁早期诊断。相关研究结果对于淋巴瘤生物标记物和体外核酸分子快速识别有重要科学意义和实际应用价值。

英文摘要: Effective tumor DNA markers and rapid molecule identification is of the cross frontier subject of chemistry and life science.This study was to establish the specific, early responsive lymphocyte DNA biomarkers, by integrating three major DNA markers (namely genetic mutations, exogenous gene and important miRNA targets). Meanwhile, this study involves the function of the miRNA in the activation of cancer gene expression. In this study, we put our main focus on the development of the third generation microfluidics, and realize the rapid nucleic acid amplification and signal amplificaiton. In this study, we want to establish a novel rapid detection of the lymphoma and realize the rapid and efficient point-of-care detection of lymphoma. This study would have significant impact on the nucleic acid detection, microfluidics and lymphatic cancer biomarkers.
