中文摘要: 煤炭开采诱发的河道径流减少甚至断流问题已严重影响到矿区经济的发展和群众的生活,研究煤矿开采对地表径流的影响已迫在眉睫。本项目以黄河中游窟野河为例,以同位素示踪技术为手段,在野外取样和样品实验室分析的基础上,采用水文学原理、地质矿产、水文地质分析地表水的排泄路径、地下水起源、形成与循环特征,揭示煤矿开采对地表径流影响机理。并通过模型模拟定量分析煤矿开采对地表径流量的影响量,建立一套高效的煤矿开采对地表径流影响的评价方法。提出有现实指导意义的煤矿开采对地表径流影响的研究实例。为指导流域水资源科学管理以及矿区生态恢复治理提供准确有效的技术支持;为矿区煤炭资源合理开采,实现水资源、生态环境保护与煤炭资源开发并举的目标,提供科学的决策依据。

英文摘要: Surface runoff decrease and water interception caused by coal mining are becoming more and more serious. It has affected economy development and People lives in the coal mine areas.so researching the influence of coal mining on surface runoff is a matter of great urgency.This paper aims at Kuye River in the middle reaches of the Yellow River where there are many large-scale caol mines. in the light of flied sampling and laboratory analysis, application of isotope technology, the authors analysised surface runoff drainage ways and groundwater recharge,runoff and drainage condition and revealed mechanism about the influence of coal mining on surface runoff by the theories of hydrology, geology and mineral, hydrogeological. quantitative analysed the influence of coal mining on surface runoff based on model. The purpose is to research the evaluation method of coal mining effect surface runoff, put forward a practical significance case study, offer technological support for the management of river basin water resources and ecological recovery and management in mining area. At the same time the research results will provide the scientific basis for coal resources rational exploitation, protections of water resource and ecological environment in coal mine areas.
