中文摘要: 研究白光发光材料是当前的一个热点,目前紫(外)光+单一基质荧光粉的技术方案,因其显色性好、发光效率高等优点,而受到人们的关注,将成为未来白光LED荧光粉的发展趋势。但是,由于研究历史不长,白光LED 用单基质荧光粉还存在一些问题。如:基质多集中于硅酸盐、硼酸盐等材料,效果还不够理想;并且普遍存在红色发射成分缺乏或不足、显色指数与发光效率有待进一步提高;对掺杂离子间的能量传递、离子与基质间的相互作用等机理,还研究地不够深入。在制作工艺上,多采用将发光粉涂在芯片表面,荧光粉表面的反射会照成泵浦光的损失。因此我们提出研究透明磷酸盐玻璃陶瓷为基底的单一基质块状发光体,并通过在玻璃体内形成纳米结构来实现发光的增强,提高荧光效率。在制备白光LED的工艺上,采用将芯片镶嵌在玻璃陶瓷内部,这样可大大提高材料对于泵浦光的利用率。

英文摘要: The research on white-light-emitting materials is the current hotspot. At present, the technical scheme of purple (or ultraviolet) light+single-matrix phosphor has attracted people's attention, because of the advantages in good color rendering properties and high emission efficiency, which will become the trend of development of white-light LED phosphor. However, because of the shorter study of history, there are still some deficiencies about white-light LED prepared by single-matrix phosphor. For example, the matrixes are focused on silicate and borate materials, etc., whose luminous effect is not perfect; the red emission components are lack of or inadequate,and color index and luminous efficiency need to be further improved; the research on the mechanisms of the energy transition of the doped ions, the reciprocity between the ions and the matrix, is not intensive. In the preparing technology of most white-LED, the phosphor must be smeared on the surface of chip, which can result in the lose of the excitation light because of the reflection of light. Consequently, we will study the single-matrix phosphor prepared with transparent phosphate glass ceramic. By the nanostructure in the interior of phosphor host, the luminous intensity and efficiency of the material will be improved.The chip can be inserted in the
