中文摘要: 设计合成多种吡唑类配体,利用分子组装和晶体工程学方法,设计合成一系列新型的金属有机笼状化合物,通过调节配体构型及反应方法和条件,优化笼的形状和尺寸。对这些笼状化合物的结构和其对中性分子和阴离子等多种客体的包结能力进行研究。分析识别分子前后化合物在结构和性质上的变化,总结吡唑类配体笼状化合物合成及分子识别的具体反应条件。分析笼状化合物分子识别作用产生的主要推动力,并探索笼状化合物的分子识别机理及其构效关系与规律,为其它种类笼状结构的合成及性质研究提供实验基础。

英文摘要: A series of pyrazole ligands will be designed and synthesized by this project. Based on molecular assembly and crystal engineering strategy, we attempt to construct novel cage-like compounds. By adjusting the ligand geometries and reaction conditions, the cage shapes and sizes would be optimized. The inclusion and recognition abilities of cages on various anions and neutral molecules would be discussed. The structural changes of these cages before and after inclusion guests would be described. The synthesis conditions of cages based on pyrazole ligands, the molecular recognition mechanism and their structural activity relationship would be explored and summarized. We hope that our investigation could enrich the related researches.
