中文摘要: 纤维素选择性水解到葡萄糖是当前纤维素生物质有效利用的关键环节和难题。项目拟设计合成具有纤维素β-糖苷酶性质的新型模拟酶体系。研究建立高效催化水解β-1,4-糖苷键的化学催化技术和方法,达到在温和条件下高选择性地将纤维素水解为葡萄糖。运用理论计算和实验研究相结合的方法,深入认识模拟酶体系的催化活性、催化作用机理,探讨模拟酶体系的结构与功能关系及其多功能协同作用机制。项目研究将对化学模拟酶的理论发展和纤维素生物质的合理开发利用具有重要的理论意义和潜在的重大应用价值。

英文摘要: Selective hydrolysis of cellulose into glucose is one of current bottlenecks to application of lignocellulosic biomass. In this project the novel mimic cellulose β-glycosidase will be designed and synthesized. The method which could efficiently catalyze the hydrolysis of β-1,4-glucosidic bond is established in this project and it could also be used to selectively catalyze the hydrolysis of cellulose into glucose under mild conditions. The combining of theoretical computation and experimental studies is used to deeply understand the catalytic activity, catalytic mechanism and relationship of construction with function. This project is of great theoretical significance and potential significant application value for both the development of chemical mimic enzyme and the rational utilization of lignocellulosic biomass.
