中文摘要: 自适应多项式滤波器在现代通信等领域中的应用研究越来越多,已成为当前非线性自适应信号处理领域中一个重要的国际研究前沿。但是,计算复杂度过高、自适应算法收敛性能不够理想是自适应多项式滤波器在工程应用中面临的重大难题,而自适应插值多项式滤波理论是解决该问题的一种有效途径。本项目将结合现代通信等领域中非线性自适应信号处理需求,对低复杂度的自适应插值多项式滤波器的新型简化结构及快速稳定收敛的自适应算法进行系统地研究,主要研究内容包括:1)无约束自适应插值多项式滤波器的层叠实现结构及算法研究;2)有界约束自适应插值多项式滤波器的层叠实现结构及算法研究。本项目的研究不仅能降低自适应插值多项式滤波器的实现复杂度,而且也能够提高其滤波性能,对自适应插值多项式滤波器的推广和应用具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。

英文摘要: The adaptive polynomial filter has received increasing attentions in the areas of modern communications et al. It has become one of important international research frontiers in present nonlinear adaptive signal processing fields.. However, the high computational complexity and nonideal convergence performance of adaptive algorithms are major disadvantages of adaptive polynomial filter in the engineering implementation. Adaptive interpolated polynomial filtering theory is an effective way to solve the problems. The project will integrate requirements of nonlinear adaptive signal processing in the areas of modern communications et al., and systematically study novel low-complexity simplified structures and fast stable algorithms of adaptive polynomial interpolated filter. The main research works include: 1) unconstrained layered structure and algorithm of adaptive interpolated polynomial filter; 2) bounded constrained layered structure and algorithm of adaptive interpolated polynomial filter. The research will not only reduce the computational complexity of adaptive interpolated polynomial filter, but also can improve the filtered performance. It is of momentous theoretical significance and practical value to the generalization and application of adaptive interpolated polynomial filter.
