中文摘要: 具有多级核壳结构的功能化纳米催化剂在多功能复合材料和绿色催化领域具有重要的意义和潜在应用价值。本课题首次提出,以亚微米球形Fe3O4为磁核、以碳酸根型二、三元水滑石(LDH)为壳层、以贵金属纳米金为活性中心组装集超顺磁性、碱性及氧化还原性于一体的三功能多级核壳结构磁性纳米金催化剂。其一,精细调控磁核表面性质及其与金属盐的配比和沉淀条件(尤其pH值),低温一步快速合成近单分散的LDH垂直取向生长多级核壳结构磁性载体;其二,采用修饰的沉积沉淀法负载纳米金得到多级核壳结构磁性纳米金催化剂。系统表征催化剂的结构与性能,优化组装参数。探究磁性纳米金的醇选择氧化性能及外加磁场下的循环利用效率。通过实验研究与理论分析比较并揭示金纳米粒尺寸效应及金-磁性载体的协同作用对磁性纳米金催化醇氧化性能的本质影响规律。

英文摘要: Hierarchical core-shell structural functionalized nanocatalysts hold important interest and potential application value in both multifunctional composite materials and green catalysis areas. The project firstly aims at assembling novel hierarchical core-shell structured magnetic nanosized gold catalysts, featured as trifunctional materials combining magnetism, basicity with redox properties of metallic gold in one assembly, using Fe3O4 submicrospheres as magnetic core, bi- or ternary hydrotalcite (LDH) as shell and noble metallic Au as active species. (1) Nearly monodispersed core-shell magnetic submicrosphere support Fe3O4@LDH with vertical oriented grown LDH can be facilely synthesized via a one-step coprecipitation upon strict control of the surface property of Fe3O4, mass ratio of [metallic salt]/[Fe3O4] and coprecipitation parameters especially the pH value. (2) Novel hierarchical core-shell structured nanosized gold catalyst Fe3O4@LDH@Au can be fabricated by supporting Au nanoparticles over the magnetic support Fe3O4@-LDH via a modified deposition-coprecipitation methd.
