中文摘要: 传统的过渡金属硫化物、贵金属等类型催化剂在生物质油的加氢脱氧中存在着不稳定、价格昂贵等问题。本项目将一种Ni-Mo-W复合物应用到生物质油加氢脱氧中,此复合物是以氧化态形式存在,所以在加氢脱氧反应中具有天然的优势,能够有效地克服上述缺点。为使其性能得到充分发挥,特使用具有发达大孔孔系的基体物质来分散Ni-Mo-W复合氧化物,制成整体式催化剂,这样既保证了较高的负载量,又有效地提高活性金属的利用率。在此基础上探究此复合物对基体材料理化性质及金属摩尔配比等因素的要求,揭示Ni-Mo-W复合氧化物整体式催化剂的构建原理。另外,还对Ni-Mo-W复合氧化物活化机制,金属间的协同效应及催化活性中心进行研究,并阐明Ni-Mo-W复合氧化物加氢脱氧的催化机理。本项目的成功实施开辟了加氢脱氧催化剂新的研究方向,同时也为生物质油真正地走向应用奠定了坚实的基础,具有重要的理论意义与实际价值。

英文摘要: Conventional transition metal sulfides, amorphous catalyst and noble metal have limitations such as poor stability, high cost in hydrodeoxygenation of biomass oil. In this study, we develope a Ni-Mo-W composition for the hydrodeoxygenation of biomass oil,which is a kind of oxide,thus the Ni-Mo-W composition possesses natural advantage for hydrodeoxygenation and could overcome these shortcomings. Meanwhile, monolithic catalyst is adopted to maximize the potential of Ni-Mo-W composite oxide, the macropore support of monolithic catalyst was able to disperse active metals, which can ensure large metal load as well as improving utilization of active components. Base on this solution, the requirement of monolithic catalyst for textural properties of macropore support, metal mole ratio and so on is explored to reveal construction principles of Ni-Mo-W composite oxide monolithic catalyst. In addition, activation mechanism and synergistic effects are studied to ascertain catalytic active phase and illustrate catalytic mechanism. The successful conduction of this study initiates a new research field of hydrodeoxygenation catalyst on one hand and provides a solid foundation for the application of biomass-oil on the other hand, so our study is theoretically significant and valuable in application.
