中文摘要: 本研究以采自我国台湾地区的瘦长红珊瑚Corallium elatius为研究对象,利用离子刻蚀、化学刻蚀技术,结合多种微区分析技术,多取向截取观察面,构建从纳米到宏观尺度,Corallium elatius中有机基质与无机相的立体多级结构模型,在纳米尺度上阐明其结构组装。有关Corallium elatius微结构特征的研究既填补了生物矿物结构特征信息的空白, 又对于揭示其有机/无机成分在不同层次的嵌合规律具有重要意义。利用离子刻蚀、化学刻蚀等方法,揭示有机基质与无机相在不同层次的嵌合规律;结合先进的微区分析手段,从微观、亚微观到宏观不同结构层次,揭示研究对象结构特征,为全面深入了解该品种生物矿物奠定科学基础。

英文摘要: Corallium elatius , a long-lived colonial and sessile organism, is an emblematic species of Taiwan. In spite of detailed studies, the internal structure of the axial skeleton of Corallium elatius is not understood. In particular, the spatial relations between the physical structure and the chemistry remain in great part unexplored. The study will use different techniques, like SEM,HRTEM, to study how each hierarchical layer of Corallium elatius assembles into larger units. EBSD and TEM studies will show the degree of crystallographic misorientation between the building blocks. The approach of in situ analysis will be carried out by means of sputtering ion, decalcification and structural analysis techniques. The method is to observe the spatial distribution of organic framework, organic/inorganic interface spatial relationship in multi-level. The study is to understand a multiscale physico-chemistry characterization of mineral part of Corallium elatius and its three-dimensional architecture.
