中文摘要: 消防服是消防战士进入火场必需配备的安全装备,提高消防服的整体热防护性能对保护消防战士的生命安全具有重要意义。已有研究主要对未使用的消防服的热防护性能进行了研究。本课题组曾长期致力于消防服的热防护性能研究,本研究对织物的耐久性进行探讨,对应急救援热防护服在强热、光、水复合环境作用下的热防护性能及力学性能进行分析,建立消防服用织物热力学性能的预测模型;并研究使用过程中化学结构及形貌的变化,揭示多组分混合纤维在光、热、水复合环境作用下的结构与性能之间的关系,深入分析织物老化机理。引入材料物理和自动化测量等交叉学科的研究新进展, 基于Labview对消防服表面性能进行表征,建立织物热力学性能与外观色彩模型。为科学地预测消防服的使用寿命提供技术支持,为高性能热防护服装及装备的研发及维护提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Thermal protective clothing is essential to provide protection for firefighters from thermal hazards. In order to prevent or minimize injuries, it is important to improve the protection performance of clothing. There has been a considerable amount of research on thermal protective performance of unused protective clothing. This research is to investigate the effect of light, heat and moisture on thermal and mechanical properties of fabrics. In order to assess the performance evolution of firefighter protective clothing during its service period, it is important to understand the structure change caused by light, heat and moisture aging, as well as its influence on protective and mechanical properties. It is also to identify the degradation mechanism involved in the loss of properties and develop a numerical model of colors and thermal and mechanical properties. This research will be helpful for evaluating lifetime accurately, especially for developing or maitaining garments to provide optimum thermal protective performance.
